PUTRAJAYA, 3 July 2026 – UPM Press paid a courtesy call to the Legal Affairs Division (BHEUU) of the Prime Minister's Department. This important meeting was held specifically to discuss avenues and opportunities for strategic cooperation, particularly in efforts to empower book publishing that can deliver a positive impact to society.

The delegation's visit was led by the Director of UPM Press, Professor Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamed Thariq Hameed Sultan FASc., and was warmly received by the Director-General of BHEUU, Prime Minister's Department, Datuk Zamri Misman. The presence of the UPM Press not only strengthens ties between the two agencies but also serves as a dynamic platform to exchange views and explore the potential for smart collaboration within the nation's publishing industry.

Through a synergy that combines the academic expertise of the UPM Press and the legal expertise of BHEUU, this proactive effort is hoped to produce more high-quality reading materials and educate society holistically.
