Kuala Lumpur, 17 July 2024 – A special book publication workshop was organised by the National Book Publication Foundation (YPBN) and UPM Press Centre (PPUPM) together with the Royal Malaysia Police (RMP) at Seri Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 15 July 2024. The workshop was aimed to improve the quality of the upcoming book entitled PDRM: Sejarah Penubuhan, Pengorbanan dan Kejayaan dalam Mengekalkan Keamanan Negara. 

The workshop specifically aimed on the publication process which included writing, editing, layout, and typesetting. The participants of the workshop were given the opportunities to discuss with the experts from YPBM and PPUPM to further improve the publication process. The initiative also portrayed RMP’s commitment in expanding the intellectual ability of the officers by collaborating with education and publication institutions. Through the workshop, it is hoped that the upcoming release would benefit the readers about the history, sacrifices, and success of RMP in maintaining security and public order.
