The briefing on Malaysian Scholarly Publishing Council's (MAPIM) participation in Big Bad Wolf (BBW) 2019 was held on 19th August 2019 at the KPU Senate Meeting Room, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Gambang, Pahang. UPM Press as a MAPIM member sent two representatives from the Sales and Marketing Section; Mr. Mohd. Rusdy Hassan, The Head of Section and Mr. Muhammad Hadhrami Arshad, Marketing Publishing Assistant to attend this briefing.

The purpose of the briefing was to coordinate participation of MAPIM members, encourage participation of more MAPIM members in this exhibition, expanding the segment of scholarly books in BBW and exposure on the concept of BBW and how it works.

To date, the Big Bad Wolf 2019 exhibition has been scheduled on September 6-16, 2019 in Perak and October 10-20, 2019 in Malacca. The exhibition is planned to be held in each state and relevant information will be updated from time to time.
