UPM Press held a special interview session with Yang Dihormati DIG Tan Sri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay, Deputy Inspector-General of Police, on 12 January 2026. The session took place at the Discussion Room, UPM Press Bookshop, and formed part of the preparation process for an upcoming book publication.

The session was attended by Professor Thariq Hameed Sultan, Director of the UPM Press, Dr. Puvaneswaran, Deputy Director UPM Press and Ms. Dianna Watty, who moderated the discussion. The interview focused on documenting the conversation in a systematic, accurate, and comprehensive manner to ensure the content could be faithfully developed for publication.
