The Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) Press had organised a Kelab Penulis Universiti Awam Malaysia Forum on 1^st March 2024 recently being held at the Melaka International Trade Centre, Ayer Keroh, Melaka, together with the National Book Development Foundation (YPBN).

The forum was officiated by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT), Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Zaini Ujang. The forum was also attended by the Director of UPM Press Centre (PPUPM), Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamed Thariq Hameed Sultan, whom was also one of panels of the forum, and the Head of Division of PPUPM, Encik Arafat Mashhuri Awang.

The objective of the forum is to discuss the importance of Kelab Penulis Universiti Awam (UA) and efforts to increase quality writings especially among youngsters.
