Sales & Marketing

  • To disseminate information on latest books being published via official social media platforms such as the Facebook and Instagram;

  • To plan and conduct promotional activities such as involvements in exhibitions, seminars, road shows and other events;

  • To manage the accounts and book orders, supplies and other related merchandise;

  • To check and maintain stock and inventories;

  • To develop and manage the UPM Press Centre’s book shop physically and digitally via the e-Commerce, Shopee, and Lazada; and

  • To provide after-sales service such as order status enquiry, royalty payment and others.
