Ayer Keroh, March 20 – The National Book Development Foundation with the National Department of Culture and Arts JKKN has awarded YBHG EMERITUS PROF DATO' DR. IBRAHIM KOMOO, Universiti Putra Malaysia’s Board of Director’s Chairman the TOKOH ILMUAN DAN KEPIMPINAN YANG PROLIFIK title. This recognition is in conjunction with the National Book Award and the Launch of the Writer's Club which was presented by His Excellency Tun Seri Setia (Dr) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam, Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Melaka at the Auditorium JKKN Negeri Melaka. This award is given for the contribution and his key role in the development of book publications and the country's creative industry.
