SERDANG, 21 May 2026 – The Universiti Putra Malaysia Press Centre today received an official visit from the Chairman of the University Board of Directors (LPU) of UPM.

The visit, which took place from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, proceeded smoothly at the UPM Press Centre building. This marked an important initiative at the university’s top management level to engage with staff members while reviewing the facilities and operations carried out at the centre.

The Chairman of the LPU was warmly welcomed by Professor Thariq Hameed Sultan, the Director of the UPM Press Centre, together with the management team and all staff members of the UPM Press Centre.

The management of the UPM Press Centre extends its highest appreciation and sincere gratitude to the Chairman of the LPU for taking the time to attend this visit. The strong commitment and full participation of all UPM Press Centre staff members also played a significant role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the programme.
