SERDANG, 9 June 2026 – UPM Press Center organised a Refresher Briefing on the Implementation of the Conducive Ecosystem Practice (EKSA) on 9 June 2026 (Tuesday), conducted online via the Google Meet platform.

The briefing session began with welcoming remarks by Puan Norshahilda Md Shahril, Chairperson of EKSA at the UPM Press Center, followed by a knowledge-sharing session delivered by Encik Mohamad Indra Shahril Zainal, EKSA Facilitator from the Faculty of Agriculture, who was newly appointed on 18 May 2026.

The main objective of the briefing was to provide renewed exposure and strengthen staff understanding of the latest EKSA implementation guidelines. A total of 22 staff members from the UPM Press Center participated in the session, reflecting a strong commitment among employees to continuously practice EKSA.

Key discussion points included continuous improvement strategies, compliance with standards, and thorough preparation for future EKSA assessments. The management hopes that through this briefing, all staff of the UPM Press Center will continue to internalise EKSA practices towards creating a more conducive, systematic, and corporate-quality working environment.
