SERDANG, 3 November 2025 – Universiti Putra Malaysia Press Centre (PPUPM) extends its heartfelt congratulations to Tan Sri Prof. Datuk Wira Dr. Abdul Latiff Abu Bakar, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Book Development Foundation, on his appointment as CEO@PENERBIT UPM for the 2025–2026 term.
