3 October 2022 – The 44^th Malaysian University Staff Sports Tournament (SUKUM 2022) was held from 17 until 24 September 2022 hosted by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

The UPM Women Futsal team won the bronze medal in the team event held at the UNITEN Futsal Sport Arena on 19 September 2022. A huge congratulations to Puan Zulinaardawati Kamarudin from the Journal Publication Section, UPM Press Centre, who was selected to represent UPM for this event.

UPM, as the host, won the overall medal standings of SUKUM 2022 with 18 gold, 18 silver and, 15 bronze.
