Client Charter

We are committed to offering excellent and professional services in publication management, book marketing, design and the implementation of publication programmes. Our services are based on good publication practices according to international conventions by taking into consideration the needs of academicians, students and society as a whole. We strive to provide efficient services to customers based on Charter as follows:

  1. Ensure fax and e-mail queries on publications and other related processes are acknowledged and to be provided with a response within seven (7) working days.
  2. Achieve 80% of 4-5 scale on the customer satisfaction score for the effectiveness of publication management.
  3. Ensure that the book sales payment received at the counter is the same amount stated on the receipt issued to the customer.
  4. Propose the initial book cover design within seven (7) working days after receiving the assignment.
  5. Ensure that 50% of journal articles are published within 180 days after receiving the complete copy of journal articles from the author.
